Visiting the site

We use Swetrix to understand visits and interactions with the sponsorship spots. The visitor counts shown on this website are aggregate statistics. Website counts do not measure people passing the car. Our custom analytics events contain only the interaction name and, where relevant, the car spot, not your bid form details or email address.

Form values and a chosen logo remain in your browser until you submit them. Preparing a logo preview alone does not upload it or place a bid.

The recent-pageview list shows only countries and visit times. Session identifiers, profiles, page URLs and other visitor details are not published in this list.

The 3D viewer

The interactive car model and its viewer are served by this website. Opening the 3D view does not connect your browser to a third-party model hosting service.

Placing a bid

When you submit a bid, we collect your email, brand name, optional website, description, optional logo, artwork position, selected spot and bid amount to process and administer the auction. An accepted paid bid’s brand details, logo, spot, amount, payment time and bid status may appear publicly on the car model, sponsor listing and bid history. Your email and payment references do not.

If you choose a logo, your browser prepares a smaller image for the website. Continuing to live checkout uploads that image to our server, where it is processed and stored for display. We remove image metadata during processing. A logo is served publicly only when it belongs to an accepted paid bid; uploading it or opening checkout alone does not publish it.

Dodo Payments processes payment and refund information. We retain Dodo Payments identifiers and transaction status to reconcile bids, prevent duplicate processing and administer refunds. We do not receive or store your full card details. See Dodo Payments’ privacy policy.

Managing your sponsorship

When you request a sign-in link, we use Resend to deliver it to your email. Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes. We store hashed tokens and use a secure session cookie, lasting up to seven days, to keep you signed in. Signing out revokes that session. The management page does not load our analytics tracker.

We keep artwork edits with the sponsorship they belong to. Your latest saved profile appears on the current car; the original purchase details remain in sponsorship history. Replaced published images can remain available at their original URLs. Email and IP-derived hashes are used for short-lived sign-in request limits.

Retention and contact

Transaction records are retained as needed to deliver the campaign, resolve refunds and meet applicable accounting obligations.

Previous accepted bids and their logos can remain in public bid history after they are outbid or refunded. Unpublished logo files may be kept while payment or refund status needs reconciliation; unused files older than 48 hours are removed during later uploads. Published images may also be cached by visitors’ browsers.
